• Most Early application deadlines are at the end of October. Complete your Early, rolling, or first choice school applications.

• Make sure your high school counselor, teachers and other recommenders are prepared to send off recommendation packages for the early apps.

• Contact College Board and/or ACT to have admission test transcripts sent to early app colleges.

• Send high school transcript to early app colleges.

• Finalize arrangements for college interviews.

November

• The UC and Cal State applications are due November 30. Complete those applications online.

• Continue completing other top-choice applications, including making sure that letters of recommendation, test scores, and transcripts are sent.

• Check in with Early App colleges to see that they have received all of your application materials.

• Continue working on and completing 3 or 4 applications based on their respective due dates.

• Complete the College Board PROFILE financial aid form.

December

• Complete any applications that have January due dates.

• Complete and send the FAFSA financial aid form.

• Make sure that the high school counselor, teachers and other recommenders have or are sending in their respective forms or letters.
